A source says, “Khloé and Tristan were sitting next to each other during dinner and there was no animosity between them. Everybody looked happy, normal and like they were having a great time.” Word is that Khloé isn’t leaving Cleveland just yet and she “is still trying to regain trust with Tristan and figure out how to keep the family together.”

We know things have been pretty ugly in the Brad Pitt-Angelina Jolie custody case, but it looks like the judge is stepping in. He’s made new orders in the case that allow Brad to see the kids more often. If Angie doesn’t comply, she can say goodbye to primary physical custody of their six kids.

The judge feels it’d be “harmful” to continue to restrict Brad’s access to the kids. That’s why the judge has now incorporated a new cell phone policy, which allows Brad to text and call any of his kids whenever he wants, without Angelina monitoring the messages. Brad will reportedly be on a new summer schedule with the kids, as well.
