While times are tough and life can be stressful, it's important to take some time to show some gratitude. What are you grateful for today? - Jackie ... See MoreSee Less
I’m grateful that I don’t HAVE to go anywhere and can keep my kids indoors during the air pollution warnings.
I’m also grateful that this is all we’re experiencing and it isn’t happening on our doorstep and not getting as bad here as other places so far.
Doctor's and my faith in God
My faith in the Good Lord and being alive
God's many blessings
All gods blessings
Family and Friends
Salvation and family
My husband and three sons
For waking up
Being alive
I'm grateful for God's love towards me!
Still breathing
For receiving two great blessings this past week that have helped with finances.
COUPLES COURT: Seth has a job offer in Oregon that he thinks is too good to pass up. His wife, Lindsay, doesn’t want to move when their youngest son is about to enter his senior of high school in the fall. He thinks that he should be a commuter husband for the next year while she stays back with their son so he can finish high school, then move to join him after graduation. Lindsay isn’t opposed to moving, but doesn’t want to spend a year of just seeing her husband every other weekend when he flies home. What do you think? Can long distance marriages work? ... See MoreSee Less
Speaking from experience, don't move him in his senior year of high school. I was into the 2nd month my senior year when my parents decided to move to another state and I can tell you at that time it was the worst time of my life. I never made friends with any of my new classmates. And I didn't attend any of the school functions. I just felt lost. It took me a long time to forgive my parents for doing this to me. If there's a way that you can stay back and let him finish his senior year in high school I say go for it if it's impossible make the move long before he starts school. It'll be especially harder on him if he's into any kind of extracurricular activities with the school.
If you question if your marriage will survive a year of growth & challenges, after how many years together? Then there are other issues in your marriage. Love, loyalty, support, and compromise- thats what you pledged to each other. You can absolutely survive this as long as those foundations are strong.
Stay put. in a years time the husband will get another job offer that will also be too good to be true if they are okay financially. And what is “too good to be true” probably is
i wouldn’t make my kid move their senior year. stay back both can take turns commuting & with facetimes & zooms now u can still see & talk everyday. after graduation, move
I have a friend who is living this exact situation right now. She stayed here for her children and he moved for the job. It is worming for them. One year will go really fast.
Will your son be moving with you when he graduates?
He will be 18 soon.
Talk to him maybe he can find a place with friends for the year and look for a place of his own.
You and your husband can go.
Find out the cost of living because it could be more than where you live now.
Have your husband ask himself if it is really worth it?
Yes long distance marriages can work as long as you both still put the work in. Let your son finish his senior year. Find out how long the travel is for both and visit each other when you both can. You all can text, video chat, & still stay in touch with one another. It will definitely be a change, but you two will have to be the ones who make it work.
Don't move. I was moved in 10th grade and it sucked.Let him graduate and then move or whatever.
I agree with the wife.
Don’t make him move during senior year. 😞
I have a friend who did exactly that a few years ago. They're still married 🤷🏽♀️
I was to have double jaw surgery in March, but my orthodontist said my mouth wouldn’t be ready until June.
I’m in a wedding in September, so I’m waiting until the fall (October/ November) to do it now.
So as stupid as it sounds, I’m looking forward to eating the picnic foods, because I almost didn’t get to.
Last March I had what’s called SARPE surgery, which was also a jaw surgery and I wasn’t allowed to chew for months. So I’m not looking forward to doing that again.
Road Trips, Fun times, bon fires Family time!
Nothing really. I lead a boring life I guess
Taking care of my granddaughter and picnics with family.
Spending the days with my wonderful family 🤗☀️
Like the warm weather, but not the high heat days.
COUPLES COURT: Chris and Becky adopted a puppy two months ago and named him Clifford. Now, Becky's sister has reached out because she would like to name her newborn son Clifford and wants her to change the dog's name. Becky doesn't think it's a big deal, it's her nephew- plus, it's only two months, the puppy won't know the difference. But her husband, Chris, disagrees. He thinks they named their dog first, why do they have to change it? No one is going to confuse the dog and the baby. What do you think? ... See MoreSee Less
Unless sister made it known before they named the dog that she intended to name her baby Clifford I would say she is out of luck. My dogs name is Kevin and I sure as heck wouldn’t change it because some decided to name their baby Kevin.
The sister's ridiculous! My dog's name is Zoey do you know how many Zoey human beings are out there in this world, and how many puppies and dogs are also named Zoey? Leave puppies name as it is and let your sister deal with it if she now decided she wanted to name her son Clifford.
Sounds like the sister wants to cause drama.
Is the sister always like this trying to get people to change things.
Keep the name don’t confuse the dog.
Ask her to change something you don’t like and see her reaction.
The dog is not going to outlive the child.. if they wanna name their son that, they can deal with the dog having the same name.
I let my husband pick our baby’s name and he chose Xena.
Our neighbor has a dog named that, and apparently so does my husbands grandma.
Who cares? 🤷♀️
dog was already named, sister needs to get over it or find a new name
I wouldn't change it. That name was given to the dog first.
Leave the doggies name alone. The sister will have to deal with it and grow up if she’s going to be a mama
I definitely wouldn’t change my dogs name! No way!
Chris is right. No one has the right to tell you to rename your dog because they want the name!
Unreal!! When they first named the dog why didn't the sister say something then!
Name the kid something else. Is it really an issue to pick something else?? How petty!
I wouldn't change it. The kid will honestly and probably go by Cliff anyway 🤷♀️

Too much, and I had better never go on life support because there won't be any power outlets to charge my phone.
A lot to much time
Maybe 10 minutes. Sometimes not at all.
Way too much. About. 8 or more. Am addicted to cookie jam game
Not as much as those around me here at work, but definitely a lot of time, I'd say at least 8 hours a day...
One of the lowest daily average I've had for a few months
Too much 😮💨
