More new Star Wars series, including one about fan-favorite character Ahsoka Tano, called, Ahsoka, and another calledRangers Of The New Republic, will be coming to Disney+. Rosario Dawson will star in Ahsoka, having already made her debut as the character in The Mandalorian recently. Both new series are set within the timeline of The Mandalorian. Disney also announced more new series: Andor, starring Rogue One’s Diego Luna; The Bad Batch, a new animated series; Lando, about “everyone’s favorite scoundrel,” Lando Calrissian; The Acolyte, a “mystery-thriller;” Star Wars: Visions, an anime series; and A Droid Story, about a new robot hero. Hayden Christensen will also return as Darth Vader opposite Ewan McGregor in Obi-Wan Kenobi. All the new series will be coming to Disney+. The company said the streaming service already boasts 86.8 million subscribers, just over one year after its debut.

The Fantastic Four are finally joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Spider-Man Homecoming director Jon Watts will helm a feature film with the science-adventuring superhero family for Phase 4 of the MCU. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige also confirmed that director Peyton Reed’s third Ant-Man movie will be called Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. Paul Rudd’s daughter in the movie, Cassie Lang, will be played by Freaky star Kathryn Newton and as expected, Jonathan Majors will be playing the villain, Kang the Conquerer. In addition, it was also confirmed that Christian Bale will be playing Gorr the God Butcher in Thor: Love and Thunder, and America Chavez will appear in Doctor Strange 2 (which will link with WandaVision and Spider-Man 3). The upcoming feature Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings will be the official start of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s so-called Phase Four of films.
