Gwen Stefani, Black Shelton, Jason Derulo, Pentatonix and more are ringing in the new year with performances on NBC’s New Year’s Eve 2021. Carson Daly will host the special live from Times Square in NYC. Amber Ruffin will join him as co-host. The star-studded lineup also includes AJR, Goo Goo Dolls, Kylie Minogue, Bebe Rexha, Doja Cat and Sting. NBC’s New Year’s Eve 2021 start at 10PM on the 31st.
Machine Gun Kelly is joining the list of performers to take the stage for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2021. He will take the stage live from the heart of Times Square with the tv Event, now in its 49th year, scheduled to air at 8PM on ABC. Hosted by Seacrest, the annual special will also feature appearances by the likes of Miley Cyrus, Doja Cat, Nelly and a special performance by Jennifer Lopez in the minutes before the ball drops to ring in 2021. For the first time in its nearly 50-year history, the broadcast will be closed to the public due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
If you wander down to your local Costco don’t be surprised if you see Post Malone loading up his cart. Posty recently shared his love for the megastore on Jimmy Kimmel Live. After securing his membership card with the absolute worst photo ever, Malone admitted that unlike so many others in the place, he’s not there for the free food samples. Kimmel and Post also talked about Malone getting tatted up at the dentist office which he said he was just killing two birds with one stone. Post Malone was there to plug his New Year’s Eve show which he said will feature some unnamed rock and roll legends.

Jessie J revealed that she spent Christmas Eve in the hospital after being struck with Meniere’s disease, which struck her temporarily deaf and unable to walk. Jessie posted a video of herself singing on Saturday, two days after she was rushed to the ER with the inner ear condition that lead to hearing loss and vertigo. Jessie said she woke up and felt completely deaf in her right ear and couldn’t walk in a straight line. She went on to tell fans it could be way worse, it is what it is and she’s super-grateful for her health. We’re glad to hear she seems to be on the mend at this time.
