Tiffany Haddish will kick off the ultimate Super Bowl LV after party with performances by Alicia Keys, Christina Aguilera, Luke Bryan and more. The Verizon Big Concert for Small Business will start a multi-year commitment to provide 1 million small businesses with resources they need to succeed by 2030. It will stream immediately after the Super Bowl on Sunday at 11PM on Yahoo as well as Verizon’s Twitter, Twitch, YouTube and TikTok accounts.
Justin Timberlake paid a virtual visit to The Tonight Show and dropped some details about new music. While he there to promote his new film Palmer, the subject switched to his next album too. Justin told Jimmy Fallon I’ve been in and out of the studio working on stuff, played you a few tunes. Timberlake’s last release was 2018’s Man of the Woods. Looking toward the future, Justin said he’d love to one day work with Kendrick Lamar of Travis Scott and he joked around he’d let Fallon in on a track too!
The colorful ensembles BTS wore in their Dynamite music video were the top-selling items at an event hosted by Julien’s Auctions. The collection of outfits sold for a total of $162,500, a number that was more than eight times the amount they were estimated to bring in. An art collector and YouTuber were the buyers. A painting signed by Snoop Dogg was the next top seller at $96,000. All proceeds from the items sold at auction will go to MusiCares, providing aid to artists and music community professional in times of need.
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton haven’t announced any details about their big day but we now know one thing for sure: they just booked the best wedding singer ever. After Stefani gave Miley Cyrus a shout-out for her fierce Tiny Desk Concert last week, Cyrus offered to take the stage whenever and wherever the happy couple ties the knot.
