New music from Lorde seems to be upon us. She shared cover artwork with the title Solar Power on her website. It’s unclear whether it’s a title of a song or an album or something else altogether but under the artwork a message reads arriving in 2021…patience is a virtue. Just last month, Lorde was announced as a headliner at an international festival alongside Dua Lipa, The Strokes and more.
Pink doesn’t forget where she came from. She paid tribute to her Pennsylvania roots on Monday in the Pinkest way possible when she shouted out her high school choir teacher, Dr. Joseph Ohrt, who she noted was constantly telling her Alecia, it’s NOT a solo. She posted a clip of the Center Bucks High-West School Choir singing an inspiring cover of her song What About Us, said she loved it and was brought to tears by the performance.
Coldplay dropped the effects heavy video for their Higher Power single on Tuesday, a trippy exploration of a future planet populated by robot dogs and alien dancers. The clip plops singer Chris Martin onto the magical trash planet, this dark post-apocalyptic world piled high with the wreckage of a modern city. The director explained this visual is a metaphor for how, right now we all feel alienated, far removed from our world, almost like we’re on an alien planet. And ultimately we find love in the streets and that euphoria shoots us off into the stratosphere of our own energy and higher power. Give it a watch at popradiopa.com.

How much money does Ed Sheeran have? Are there any songs he hates playing? He answered those tricky questions and more in a new video. Sheeran was interviewed by 9 and 10 year old kids for the clips. The questions weren’t so bad at first but go a bit tougher as things went on. Sheeran revealed he might do a cameo part in a upcoming movie, said his favorite food was takeaway, and admitted of course he’s worked with someone he didn’t like.
