Hey there! It’s Jackie back with another blog. Today, I am talking about one of my favorite documentaries ever: Expedition Happiness. It follows Mogli and Felix as they drop everything, buy a bus, and travel the continent. They start in Alaska, and work their way down to Mexico. The entire documentary is created by them, with Felix being the main cameraman and Mogli creating the entire soundtrack to the film.

This documentary is my comfort documentary, I can watch it over and over… and over. It frankly changed my whole outlook on life. Life isn’t about being more successful than your peers or being the highest on the social totem poll. It’s about the people you meet, the experiences you have, and just being happy. Chase after your dreams, even if you don’t have a plan. Let’s be real, most of those plans won’t work out anyway. That’s the beautiful thing about life though. Sometimes it doesn’t work out how you planned, but those surprises, or chances you take, could very well be the best things that happen to you.

You NEED to watch it. It’s always the first documentary I recommend to people because it changed my whole outlook on life. The documentary is leaving Netflix on January 30th, so watch it now before it’s too late!
