The Emmy Awards have finally found someone to host! They have been struggling for what seems like months to find someone, ANYONE to host the awards. It seems they didn’t wanna take me up on my offer to host, but that’s okay because Kenan Thompson has been chosen to host the award’s show on September 12th. 

Netflix is coming out with a new movie! Shockingly, this one is not a traditional rom-com like most of their young adult movies. Do Revenge is about two high schoolers, played by Maya Hawke and Camila Mendes, who come together to get payback on their bullies. You NEED to watch the trailer, cause this movie is gonna be a good one. It’s dropping on September 16th. 

Demi Lovato is coming out with some new music! She shared a preview of her upcoming single “29” on social media yesterday. The song seems to address what it was like for her to date a 29-year-old man at the age of 17. Most people speculate that it’s about her relationship with That 70’s Show star Wilmer Valderama, who she dated back in 2010. The song is set to drop on the 19th. 

It seems that Taylor Swift is still dealing with her copyright infringement lawsuit against her for the song Shake It Off. To make matters a little more complicated, apparently she has never heard of the group suing her to begin with! She is being sued by the group 3LW for copying their song “Playas Gon’ Play,” and Swift claims she has never heard of the song or the group prior to the lawsuit.
